Born and raised in the Bronx N.Y and currently live in Maryland with my 5 children and wife Melissa. I've always been attracted to things and information that help people grow and better their lives. I guess that's why since 2006 I've been working with juveniles in several areas from Residential centers, NYS offices of family and children service to DYRS (department of youth and rehabilitation services). I have natural desire to help and inspire. I started the podcast because I hated seeing people comfortable with mediocrity and just accepting what life has given them and I wanted to help and give tips and ideas and highlight people that are taking action in their life in one or all areas.
